Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The Mosque Kitchen is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide (name, email, phone, delivery address) when you place an order or contact us, and basic analytics data about how you use the site.

3. How we use it

To process orders, provide customer support, and improve the site. We never sell your data.

4. Cookies & analytics

With your permission only, this site uses Google Analytics. Nothing from this provider loads unless you choose "Accept" on the cookie bar; "Essential only" keeps them all off. Your choice is kept for 12 months and you can change it at any time from "Cookies & privacy" at the foot of every page.

We count page visits, enquiries and orders on our own server, without cookies or any identifier, to see how the site is used. You can turn this counting off at any time from the "Cookies & privacy" link at the foot of every page.

5. Third parties

We share data only with the providers needed to fulfil your order — e.g. payment processors and delivery couriers.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.

7. Contact

If you have any questions, contact The Mosque Kitchen on 0131 667 4035, 31–33 Nicolson Square, Edinburgh EH8 9BX.
